Nice piece. I like "what if" stories and this look like a good one.
Thanks Midnight Ariel! It was very fun to write. I am one of the few that didn't like Bella becoming a vampire so soon so this was my way to get the ending I wanted and extend the vampire-human relationship which captivated me from the get-go.
