Creator - that sounds weird but for the life of me I can't think of another word. Suggestions? No? Okay then...moving on.
Since it’s the internet and you never know what kind of whackadoos are out there I’ll just give you my first name (not that I’m saying any of you are whackadoos…but you can never be too sure).

I am a novelist (I would say aspiring but someone once told me that’s like saying I aspire to eat dinner…don’t aspire, just DO it). I finished my first novel during NaNoWriMo last year (it wasn't very good...it's sitting in my nightstand). My second novel, 'Benediction', is very close to being finished - it's much better than the last one so here's to hoping someone buys it!
Some important things to know about me: I am a mom to the most amazing kid in the universe, I used to call myself a night owl until I realized it was actually chronic insomnia…either way, I write A LOT. I don’t write because I want to, it really is a necessity. If I don’t write I’m a cranky, edgy, moody mess. Seriously…if I had a dog, he’d hide under the bed.
In addition to writing original fiction I also write fan fiction for a little teen show called iCarly (though I dream of writing Twilight fan fic at some point), co-own this blog with Sam (who is like the red-headed little sister I never knew I wanted), and run a small writing/editing business - yeah, told ya I don't sleep.
The only thing I love more than writing is talking to other people about writing and I’m always up for making a new friend. You can find me on twitter @IdRatherBWritin or @BlogFanfiction, on www.archiveofourown.org (TheWrtrInMe) or you can email me at bloggingfanfiction@gmail.com.
